Prayer for the Week!

Prayer For Single Mothers

Loving Father we know that there are many reasons that there are single mothers in the world today, who are having to bring up their families on their own and we lift up each one to You today. We know that no matter what the reason for their single status and no matter what tragedies, disappointments or foolish choices may have cast a shadow over their lives, we know that it is Your desire that all come to faith in Jesus and turn from sin to Christ and live as unto the Lord. We pray that You would meet each single mother at her particular point of need. For those that have been abandoned, bereaved, neglected, hurt or abused in any way, we ask that You would draw very close to each one. For those that have never accepted Jesus as their Saviour we pray that they would come to saving faith in Him and for those that may have wandered far away from Your loving arms, we pray that You would restore to them the joy of their salvation, in Christ. Provide for the needs of widows, orphans and the many single mothers that are finding difficulty to in providing for the needs of themselves and their children and we ask that in Your grace You would supply all their needs, according to Your riches in glory and for Your praise and glory we ask this ins Jesus name to Whom be all honour and glory, world without end. Amen
