Cortez Harvey is a Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Addictions Counselor with a history of working with community-based, interdisciplinary treatment teams and individuals with severe persistent mental illnesses. Cortez graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He is trained in Trauma-Informed Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Individual/Group Therapy, Family Therapy, Academic Advising/Career Counseling and addictions treatment. He currently works as a Social Worker III/Behavioral Health Specialist for Colorado Department of Human Services in the Division of Youth Services where he provides counseling for committed adolescent males, ages 13-21.
Sonya Hickson is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a history of working in the sexual offense specific treatment industry, in addition to psychological intake and assessment, and working with developmentally and intellectually disabled clients. Sonya earned her B.A. in Psychology with a MInor in Africana Studies from the University of Cincinnati and received her M.A. in Forensic Psychology at the University of Denver, Professional School of Psychology. Sonya currently works as a Behavioral Health Specialist/Social Worker II at the Campus at Lookout Mountain where she provides counseling for committed adolescent males, ages 13-21.
